you left in such a quick flurry of actions that i barely had a second to sneak a goodbye kiss in. you've gone back home to another time &place &i'm still here while the icy wind surrounds what should've been. everyone says we should be together except us &we can never make anything work out. we know we can't live without each other, but we do it anyways.
my heart bleeds the broken tears that neither of us know how to shed anymore.
